You can view the video lectures on the internet or offline through the iOS app only. On the iOS app, while you have an internet connection, you can download any video lectures that you have already purchased. Later when you are offline, you can still access and play any video lectures which you have downloaded.
This feature is currently unavailable in the Android app.
