Selecting Pause in the middle of an exam will save it in Incomplete Exams. To complete the exam, simply select the tab Incomplete Exams found in Practice Exams Mode. Keep in mind, unfinished exams do affect your stats. Click on the name of the exam when you are ready to complete it.
