We recommend aiming for an overall accuracy rate of 70% within the MCQ Simulator program across all seven subjects. We consider that to be in good standing, as it roughly translates to a 140 raw score on the MBE portion of the bar exam. If you are at or close to this, you’re in good shape!
If you're below 70%, review your performance statistics and identify your weakest areas. Spend some time reviewing the law in these subjects specifically, and then complete more practice questions. Over time, you should see yourself begin to improve. Continue to identify your weakest subjects and spend your time efficiently.
