Online Practice Exams (OPEs) are four sets of 100 questions released by the NCBE meant to simulate the exam. They were released in 2006, 2009, 2011, and 2013 respectively. OPEs 1&2 were updated by the NCBE in 2015, while OPEs 3&4 were updated in 2017. They do not contain Civil Procedure questions.
AdaptiBar includes in our program all four OPE exams. We have included the option to exclude these questions from appearing in Practice Questions Mode or Practice Exams mode. Some students wish to exclude these questions so that they can take them later as 100 question practice exams without seeing repeated questions. These exams can be found in Practice Exams under the “NCBE Practice Exams” tab.
If you wish to reserve these questions while in Practice Questions or Practice Exams mode, make sure to select the “Exclude OPE Questions” box before you begin.
NOTE:
If you do wish for the algorithm to present you with these questions, make sure to leave this box unchecked. If you check this box, you will begin to see repeat questions once you have exhausted all the non-OPE questions in that subtopic, as the OPE questions are being excluded.
