Questions mode (Suggested): This is where AdaptiBar MCQ Simulator shines! You will be able to focus your studies by subject(s) or choose to be presented with questions from any area of law. AdaptiBar’s patented adaptive algorithm will present you with questions, based on your past performance, with an emphasis on the areas of law that you are struggling in the most. Once you submit the answer to the question, the answer, explanation, as well as the performance of you and your peers on this question will be presented to you.
The algorithm will not offer you the same question twice until you have exhausted all questions within a particular subject. Your performance will be submitted to both Subject and Timing Performance for you to view/analyze how you are doing further!
Exams mode: Since we understand that our users do want to simulate an exam experience, as well as focus in on specific subtopics occasionally, we have developed Exams mode. Here, you will be able to answer a set of questions without seeing the answers or explanations until you have completed the entire exam. You will also be able to test yourself on areas of the law down to the subtopic level. Finally, you will also have the opportunity to take any of the NCE official practice exams.
NOTE: We suggest you stay predominantly in Questions mode. Exams mode, while helpful, should be used sparingly, as our adaptive algorithm is not utilized in this mode. Additionally, since you can focus in on such specific areas of law, it is not guaranteed that you will not see repeat questions before exhausting all questions within a subject, like in Questions mode.
