All 210 questions are available to you (with explanations!) in the MBE Simulator database and will be presented to you at random as you answer questions in the program. Because our older questions have been carefully maintained to reflect changes to changes in law and the structure of the MBE, both the old and the newer questions will provide accurate preparation for your bar exam.
You also have the option to take the two MBE Study Aid Exams in Practice Exams mode. This will allow you to see all of the newest questions released by the NCBE together in pre-made 100 question exams.
If you wish to reserve these questions while in Practice Questions mode, make sure “Exclude MBE Study Aid” is selected so you can simulate an exam without running the risk of seeing repeat questions down the road.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do wish for the algorithm to present you with these questions, make sure you uncheck this box. If the box remains checked, you will begin to see repeat questions before you have exhausted all questions within a particular subject, as the MBE Study Aid questions are being reserved
